Synopsis
TRUMP FIRES BACK at activist judges blocking mail-in ballot order, asking Supreme Court to put MAIL-IN BALLOT order in effect before midterms. The DOJ's emergency appeal to the Supreme Court Monday comes after an activist 3-judge panel for the First Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court order blocking the USPS from initiating Trump's March executive election integrity order on mail-in voting. Trump's March order directed the USPS to only send mail-in ballots to voters included on lists sent from states, if they cooperated by handing in voter rolls to prevent non-citizens from voting. If voters aren't on the lists, they would not receive a ballot. An Obama apointee, U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani, stopped Trump's order, calling it "legally void," and stopped the USPS from going forward with its proposed rule in 23 states and the District of Columbia, which all sued to halt Trump's order. The Democrats are desperate, their election fraud method and techniques have all been exposed and are running out of options because they know they can't win an election without cheating, and Trump is making it harder by the day for them to succeed.
