Synopsis
VOTER FRAUD: Chinese National Charged with Voter Registration Fraud & Fraudulent Voting in Massachusetts. The defendant submitted an online voter registration through the Secretary of Commonwealth's website, impersonating another Chinese national, and then continued to impersonate the vctim, submitting an early voting ballot at Malden City Hall for the 2024 U.S. presidential election. Yupeng Sun, 33, was charged with one count of fraudulent voter registration and one count of fraudulent voting. Sun will appear in federal court in Boston today.
