Synopsis
BREAKING: FBI hits Eric Swalwell at San Francisco Airport, serving him with search warrant seizing his cellphone and other electronics, then raided his D.C. home the next day for even more evidence. This is all part of a federal criminal probe into sexual misconduct allegations that ended his governor run and forced his resignation from Congress. A former staffer claimed Swalwell sexually assaulted/raped her twice when she was too intoxicated to consent. Once in 2019, while she worked in his district office, after a Bay Area dinner. She said she woke up naked with physical signs of intercourse and no memory of consenting, and once in April 2024, after a New York City gala, in a hotel. She said she was heavily intoxicated, pushed him away while saying "no," and he continued. Lonna Drewes alleged that in 2018, Swalwell drugged her drink, she said she had one glass of wine and became immobilized, then raped and choked her until she lost consciousness in a Southern California/West Hollywood hotel room; she said she did not consent. At least two other women, including influencer Ally Sammarco, alleged he sent them unsolicited nude photos of his penis and/or explicit messages, often via Snapchat after initial online/political contact. Additional reports included claims of nonconsensual kissing/touching, and pressure that led to hotel-room situations. Not only was Swalwell having a sexual relationship with a Chinese spy and misusing and accepting foreign money, he is also alleged to have sexually assaulted his own staff. This guy needs to be locked up and pay the price.
