BREAKING: ISIS-Linked New York Woman Caught & Charged with Terror Bomb Plot Targeting New York State Capitol to K*ll Public Officials & Flee to Syria. Authorities say she swore allegiance to the terror group, scouted the building, and was stopped just as she took what she thought was the bomb. Another reminder that vigilance stops the next attack before it starts. Defendant's name is Jessica Bowie, 35, of Albany, New York. Arrested on August 19, 2026, as she gained possession of what she believed to be an explosive device intended for the attack. Made several visits to the New York State Capitol grounds and took multiple photographs of the building. These are her actual statements: - "I want to destroy as much of the building as possible and kill the senators while they are meeting. I want them to lose a lot of important documents as well." - "I want it to have a affect on the American system. And destroy some of the taghut." Expressed anti-American messages, including "Praise be to Allah for September 11 th" and "When I can migrate, I will poison these infidels." Recorded and disseminated her formal "Bayah," oath of allegiance, to ISIS. These people need to be removed from the U.S. immediately. Illegals and radicals post too much danger to American lives.
